The Fl-PASS board is excited to invite you back to our 38th Annual Conference in person this year. We have been busy planning a 3 day conference full of information and coordinating our presenters to provide you with updates. We look forward to coming together again and collaborating with our colleagues across the state!

Conference Fee:
$200/ members in good standing by 3/1/2024
$250/ non-members
*The fee includes a buffet lunch on day 2 (April 25th) and a boxed lunch on day 3 (April 26th).
The hotel provides a breakfast buffet each day with your room rate.
Participants who register for the conference by 3/22/2024 will receive this years conference T-Shirt and participant bags.
Hotel Reservations:
The room rate is $129.00 per day for 2 queen beds plus tax. Room reservations must be made by Friday, April 5th, 2024, to secure the special rate. Reservations must be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-877-557-0598 or through the link provided below.

If you have any recommendations for changes to the Constitution and Bylaws, please submit them using the form linked below no later than 11:59pm on March 15th, 2024. Current information is located on the membership details page.
Members may give permission for another member from their county to represent and vote for them. Said representative must have written permission in hand in order to be allowed to vote for the member who is not present. Please complete the proxy voting form linked below to record your intent to vote by proxy.
